Whether you purchased your item from LaneInnovative or LaneInnovative.com, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it’s sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item and we want to make it easy.  We will refund all unopened, undamaged products received within 90 days of purchase date.

If the return label is used more than 30 days from the date issued, an additional handling fee may apply. Please use the label promptly.

Return Authorization (RMA)
• RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Packages received without an RMA number will incur a $5.00 restocking fee (deducted from your refund).
• Refusing or rejecting a shipment is considered a return without an RMA and will incur a $5.00 restocking fee.

Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment (or by check if you paid by check).
Because we are providing a prepaid return shipping label, the actual cost of that return shipping label will be deducted from your refund total.
 
This means:
 
• You do not pay shipping upfront to send the product back.
• The cost of the prepaid return label will be subtracted from your refund once the return is processed.
 
If LaneInnovative made an error with your order (such as shipping the wrong product or a damaged item), we will not deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
 
By using the prepaid return label provided, you acknowledge that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a LaneInnovative error.
 
Refunds are typically processed within approximately two weeks from the date your return is shipped back to our warehouse using the label provided.
 
How to Send Your Return
 
  1. Place the product securely inside a shipping box or padded envelope.
  2. Attach the provided return label to the outside of the package.
  3. Retain your tracking information until your refund has been issued.
